Arctic Air Mass Lingers for Areas of the East; Critical Fire Weather for the Plains; Active Weather Pattern for Hawaii

Arctic air lingers for the east, however, winds will slowly subside and a slow moderating trend starts during the week. Moisture continues to provide rainfall and higher elevation snow for the Pacific Northwest, northern California and northern Rockies through Monday. Welcome to the Western Region Headquarters Integrated Services Division

 

The Integrated Services Division (ISD) provides support to the Western Region field offices by:

  • providing operational IDSS guidance 
  • managing the WR Regional Operations Center (WR ROC)
  • managing regional programs on weather, water, and climate 
  • providing guidance on the implementation and interpretation of national policies and procedures 
  • developing regional policies and guidance 

The Integrated Services Division consists of both the Operations Branch and the Services Branch.
