Lowell to Impact Hawaii; Heat Persists in the South-Central U.S.

Hurricane Lowell is forecast to pass west of Kauai`s coastal waters tonight. Impacts such as high surf and heavy rain could impact all of the islands. Sweltering heat remains across the South-Central Plains and Lower/Middle Mississippi Valley into this week with limited nighttime relief.       Set Zoom Level to be 100% in Internet Explorer, ie: ie-11.
      Or the user can press and hold the <CTRL-key> and hit zero, to get browser to 100% zoom level.
      use the CTRL and + keys to zoom in and the CTRL and - keys to zoom out. Refresh the page(F5)
      after zooming. You may also need to have the Compatibility View to be turned `ON`
