Prolonged Atmospheric River Will Impact the Northwest Early this Week

A weather system in the Pacific Northwest will produce rain throughout the day, before a potent atmospheric river produces a prolonged round of heavy rainfall, widespread urban and river flooding, and high elevation snow to the region Monday through Wednesday. The Western Region Administrative Management Division serves as the regional focal point for a wide variety of administrative activities in support of operations. The mission of this Division is to provide advice, guidance, and support to the Regional Director, managers and field offices on budget formulation and execution, personnel management, procurement, asset accountability, travel, and time and attendance procedures. Other general administrative functions include overseeing telecommunications and utilities billing, mail and copy services, printing requirements, physical security, records and files, government vehicles, supply and warehousing, convenience check and purchase card procedures.
