Near-average temperatures today will give way to highs in the 80s on Thursday and Friday. Another weak cold front will push through Friday night through Saturday night, dropping temperatures back to near average.

Unfortunately, long-range forecast models suggest dry conditions across north and central Georgia through the end of March. While this doesn't mean that rain will not occur at all, it does mean that enough rain needed to improve ongoing drought conditions is unlikely.
