Fire Weather Planning Forecast for North and Central Georgia
National Weather Service Peachtree City GA
245 PM EDT Sat Nov 1 2025

.DISCUSSION...

No hazardous fire weather conditions are expected at this time.

Cloud cover is beginning to push into far NW Georgia, beginning a
trend that will see cloud cover spill into the area tonight through
tomorrow as a system approaches the state. Light rain will be
possible starting early in the morning Sunday in northwestern GA,
spreading across north and central Georgia through the day. Amounts
should remain under half an inch, with widespread 0.1" to 0.25"
amounts. RHs will remain elevated with rain around. Winds will shift
from the south and southeast to the north and northwest through the
day as the system progresses across the state, but should remain 5-
10 mph sustained with a few higher gusts up to 15 mph.
