.DISCUSSION...

No hazardous fire weather concerns are expected at this time.
Relative humidity and winds will remain outside of critical
thresholds.

Widespread low ceilings and dense fog to start the day, which
will gradually lift and improve through late morning. By the
afternoon, skies become partly to mostly sunny, before scattered
showers and storms move in during the evening and overnight.
Minimum RH values this afternoon will range from 35-45 percent
across the eastern half of the area, and 45-55 across the western
half. 20 ft winds will start out very light during the morning,
and gradually increase to around 4-7 mph out of the W-SW during
the day. In combination with showers and storms, another round of
low ceilings and patchy fog is possible tonight into Tuesday
morning, with dry and improving conditions the rest of the day.
Min RH values will range from 40-50 percent across southeast
areas, and 60-70% across the rest of the area. 20 ft winds will
be a rinse and repeat, weak in the morning, 4-7 mph during the
afternoon.
