critical thresholds.

Precipitation chances expected to continue across the state
through the end of the week, with heavier showers and storms
expected Thursday into Friday. Minimum RH values are expected to
stay in the 55% to 80% range through Friday as Southwesterly flow
keeps moisture streaming across the state. Rainfall amounts of
2 to 4 inches are expected through Saturday, with locally higher
amounts possible. Winds will generally be west or southwest
through the period.
