.DISCUSSION...

No hazardous fire weather concerns are expected at this time.
Relative humidity and winds will remain outside of critical
thresholds.

Low clouds with bases around 600 feet and areas of fog are
expected overnight into the morning across parts of central
Georgia, potentially including parts of the Oconee Fire District.
Sky conditions are expected to clear quickly after sunrise, once
daytime mixing gets going. The general pattern of 20-foot winds
will be light and variable across central Georgia, and out of the
northwest to west at 3-8 mph across north Georgia. Relative
humidity could bottom out in the upper-20 percent range in
isolated locales this afternoon, but otherwise, minimum values
will generally be in the lower-to-upper 30 percent range.

20-foot winds will become slightly breezier out of the southeast
to east on Monday -- at 5-10 mph. Gusts could near 20-25 mph in
the north Georgia mountains. Transport winds will also be
greater. That said, increased low-level cloud cover on Monday
should lead to lower mixing heights compared to those today.
Minimum relative humidity is forecast to remain above 25% on
Monday.
