.DISCUSSION...

No hazardous fire weather concerns are expected at this time.
Relative humidity values and winds will remain outside of
critical thresholds.

Low clouds and patchy fog will be possible this morning, even
outside of areas that received rainfall on Sunday. This is due to
abundant moisture that remains in place. Rainfall across North
Georgia this morning will eventually overspread into Central
Georgia through the day. Embedded thunderstorms will also be
possible in the afternoon. Rainfall may be heavy enough at times
for instances of flash flooding to occur. Severe weather is not
anticipated at this time. Minimum RH will be well above 80%
across North Georgia and above 55% across Central Georgia. Winds
will be southwest less than 10 MPH. Persistent cloud cover will
keep a lid on mixing heights, with values ranging 1.5-2kft.
Though some locations in far south- central Georgia may top out
between 2-3.5kft where cloud cover is less prevelant.
