.DISCUSSION...

Widespread hazardous fire weather concerns are expected at this
time. Relative humidity values and winds will largely remain
outside of critical thresholds.

Widespread rain showers will taper off from west to east by
midday into early afternoon. Highest rainfall totals will be in
central Georgia where most locations will likely receive near or
over an inch of rainfall. Much lighter amounts can be expected
farther north, especially north of I-20. For Saturday afternoon,
minimum RH values will range from near 30 percent in northwest
Georgia to 75 percent in southeastern counties. Winds will be NW
8-12 mph with gusts 15-20 mph at times.

On Sunday, sunny skies will prevail. Winds will be W to NW
5-10 mph with minimum RH values 25-35 percent.
