Critical Fire Weather Conditions Today and Monday

A dry cold front will bring a dangerous combination of critically dry air (low relative humidity) and gusty winds to portions of the area today through Monday. Smoke from the Pineland Road Wildfire is moving across the region and causing for visibilities of a 1/2 mile. With winds from the south tonight, lower visibilities may be possible. Limit outdoor activities and exercise. Keep windows closed to protect indoor air quality. Drive with caution in low-visibility areas.
