.DISCUSSION...
Rain will move in this afternoon with an approaching frontal
boundary. Much colder air will change rain to snow this evening,
with some snow showers and flurries lingering into Thursday
especially north and mountains. Significant snow accumulations are
expected in the mountains. Gusty winds can be expected as well with
very cold wind chills over the higher mountains later tonight into
Thursday morning. Another system will arrive Friday night into
Saturday with another chance for rain and snow showers.
