.DISCUSSION...


Showers and thunderstorms will affect northern portions of East
Tennessee and southwest Virginia through the evening. Isolated
severe storms possible, with damaging winds the main threat. After
the passage of the cold front tonight, drier weather and more
comfortable temperatures and humdity can be expected through the
remainder of the week. The chance of rain increases again over the
weekend.
