Storm Impacting the Northwest U.S.; Fire Weather Conditions in Southern California; Severe Weather in the South

A Pacific storm is bringing areas of low elevation rain, moderate to heavy mountain snow, and high winds to the Northwest. Strong Santa Ana winds and very dry conditions are producing elevated to critical fire weather conditions in southern California. AIRPORT FROM THIS STORM IS 4.6 INCHES THROUGH 7 AM THIS MORNING.
THIS IS THE LARGEST 24 HOUR SNOWFALL SINCE JANUARY 18TH OF
1992...WHEN 5.0 INCHES OCCURRED. IN THE STORM OF THE CENTURY...ON
MARCH 13TH OF 1993...ATLANTA HAD A 24 HOUR TOTAL OF 4.2 INCHES.
