Storm Impacting the Northwest U.S.; Fire Weather Conditions in Southern California; Severe Weather in the South

A Pacific storm is bringing areas of low elevation rain, moderate to heavy mountain snow, and high winds to the Northwest. Strong Santa Ana winds and very dry conditions are producing elevated to critical fire weather conditions in southern California. Jones County EF-1 Tornado

Event Summary
The tornado first touched down along Pavillion Road and then tracked northeast across Holifield Road and U.S. Highway 84. It lifted along Charlie Green Road. Two power poles were snapped, a barn was heavily damaged, the roof of a chicken house was heavily damaged and a mobile home was blown off of its blocks. Numerous trees and large limbs were also blown down.
