A Pacific storm is bringing areas of low elevation rain, moderate to heavy mountain snow, and high winds to the Northwest. Strong Santa Ana winds and very dry conditions are producing elevated to critical fire weather conditions in southern California. This brief and weak tornado downed or snapped several trees in a pattern indicative of a tornado near the intersection of Buffalo Hill Road and Highway 588 a little west of the Ellisville city limits.
