A Pacific storm is bringing areas of low elevation rain, moderate to heavy mountain snow, and high winds to the Northwest. Strong Santa Ana winds and very dry conditions are producing elevated to critical fire weather conditions in southern California. Event Summary This brief tornado touched down in an open field along and just to the north of Willow Bayou Road. A picture was taken as the tornado kicked up dust as it moved in an east-northeastward direction. No damage occurred. |
