Storm Impacting the Northwest U.S.; Fire Weather Conditions in Southern California; Severe Weather in the South

A Pacific storm is bringing areas of low elevation rain, moderate to heavy mountain snow, and high winds to the Northwest. Strong Santa Ana winds and very dry conditions are producing elevated to critical fire weather conditions in southern California. March 21, 2012 Warren County Tornado

Event Summary

This tornado touched down near the Army Corps of Engineers Experimental Station where it peeled part of a metal roof off a building and overturned a trailer. The tornado then moved along Porters Chapel Road, where it knocked down trees and overturned a single wide mobile home. The tornado then weakened, but knocked down a few more trees in the Lakewood subdivision. It lifted as it left the subdivision.
