Record Warmth Lingers; Fire Weather Concerns; Unsettled Pacific Northwest

More record warm temperatures are forecast this week from California, Southwest, Plains then into the Mississippi Valley and Southeast. The warmth combining with dry conditions may result in elevated to locally critical fire weather conditions. Looking at our work week a weakening front will stall over the area Tuesday and Wednesday bringing us some isolated storms in the afternoon and evening. After that high temperatures will get near record breaking Thursday and Friday.
Clear and cool with lows from the mid 50's to around 60 degrees.
Sunny with some isolated storms in the afternoon and evening hours. Highs from the upper 70's to upper 80's.
