A Pacific storm is bringing areas of low elevation rain, moderate to heavy mountain snow, and high winds to the Northwest. Strong Santa Ana winds and very dry conditions are producing elevated to critical fire weather conditions in southern California. The forecast is calling for partly to mostly cloudy skies. There is a chance of light snow all day across the far north. There is a chance of light snow or flurries across central and northeast Wisconsin during the late afternoon or evening. It will be cold with highs only in the middle 20s to lower 30s.
