A fairly seasonal Halloween is forecast for the region, with high temperatures in the 40s to low 50s. Temperatures will fall into the 30s and 40s during trick or treat time, so it will be on the chilly side. Northwest winds of 10 to 20 mph will also provide even a little more chill to the bones. Some light showers or sprinkles will be possible.
