...ON THIS DATE IN WEATHER HISTORY...

In 2007, a slow moving weather system brought moderate to heavy 
snow across the Tri-State area. The heaviest snow occurred south of
Interstate 70 in western Kansas where six to eight inches of snow fell.
Snow accumulations near six inches were also reported in Sherman County.
