A Slight Risk of severe thunderstorms remains forecast for the entire forecast area Wednesday into Wednesday night. Large hail to the size of a tennis ball, damaging winds to 70 mph and a limited threat for tornadoes are the main threats.
Wednesday could see more than one round of severe potential, with one round starting as early as noon. The threat of higher-end severe weather still looks to favor the late afternoon thorugh evening across northeast OK, potentially shifting toward NW AR and SE OK tonight.
Additional rain and thunderstorms Wednesday for eastern Oklahoma and northwest Arkansas. A marginal risk of excessive rainfall that could lead to localized flood potential exists roughly east of a Bartlesville to Bristow line.
Another round of severe storms are expected Friday for parts of the area as a cold front moves through. Higher end severe storm threats will be possible mainly along and northwest of I-44 through the evening. Continue to monitor the latest forecasts.

An active weather pattern will continue through at least midweek, with additional severe thunderstorm chances on Friday.
