Another storm system moves into the region Friday night. Light precipitation is possible across the area Friday evening and overnight, especially north of I-40. A rain/ snow mix is possible near the Oklahoma-Kansas border late overnight as temperatures here fall to near freezing. Given light precipitation and marginal temperatures, no accumulations and/ or winter impacts are expected.
Breezy northwest winds, low humidity and favorable fuel conditions would combine to raise grassland fire weather concerns Saturday afternoon, scattered about the region.
