A Flood Watch remains in effect until 7 AM Friday for most of E OK. Multiple rounds of storms will lead to additional rainfall amounts of 1 to 2 inches, with locally 4+ inches through Friday morning.
Additional storng to severe storms will be possible Thursday, with late afternoon and evneing the more favorable period. Damaging winds and large hail are main threats, but a limited tornado threat may develop in NE OK later this afternoon and evneing.
A few strong to severe storms will be possible again Friday across parts of eastern OK and western AR.
More heavy rain is expected Thursday. Widespread 1 - 2” rainfall totals are forecast, with locally higher amounts. Areas of flash flooding and river flooding are expected.
