Monthly Climate OverviewMarch 2014 was another month with below normal temperatures and precipitation throughout much of the Missouri Ozarks and into southeast Kansas. A good portion of the month remained in northwesterly flow aloft which kept cooler air masses in the area and Gulf moisture from reaching the region.
