Carnivale En Rio - Lafayette's Carnivale event, the parade rolls at 6:30 p.m. Click for forecast details

Krewe Des Chiens - Mardi Gras gone to the dogs. This fun parade features canine royalty and float-riders. Rolls at noon. Click for forecast details

Woodworth Mardi Gras Parade - 1:00 PM - Parade leaves Castor Plunge Rd at Maison Rue, turn left on Dan Tripplett Rd to Brookwood Dr, turn right on Hwy 165 S to Castor Plunge Rd ending west of Woodworth Cemetery. Click for forecast details

Krewe of the Golden Years Mardi Gras Gala - 26th Annual Gala, held at the Lake Charles Event Center in the Exhibition Hall. Doors open at 8 a.m. Click for forecast details

Oak Park Elementary Mardi Gras Parade - The Mardi Gras Parade at Oak Park Elementary will commence on 18th Street, make a right onto Fourth Avenue, proceed to 13th Street, make a right onto Fifth Avenue, and then turn left on 18th Street to return to the school. Mardi Gras Festival Begins - Eunice - The city of Eunice celebrates Mardi Gras for five days, starting today. Click for forecast details

Krewe of Adonis - Morgan City - Begins on 2nd Street under the La. 182 bridge and proceeds to Onstead Street continuing down Sixth St. to Marguerite St., Ninth St./Hwy.70, Brashear Avenue onto Victor II Blvd. and ending at the Morgan City Auditorium on Myrtle Street, 7 p.m. Click for forecast details

Children’s Mardi Gras Stroll - Begins at 11 a.m in Lake Charles. The parade is a walking parade designed specifically for children ages 3-12. Begins at LCB’s Cougar Stadium Parking Lot (1175 1st Ave.) and will depart the staging area at 11 a.m. Click for forecast details

World Famous Cajun Extravaganza and Gumbo Cook-off - Takes place at the Lake Charles Civic Center. Judging is at 11:30 a.m., with gumbo, served immediately afterward until 1:30 p.m. Click for forecast details

Baldwin Mardi Gras - Begins on Hwy. 182/Main St. at the Sager-Brown facility, continues down Hwy. 182/Main St., turns left onto Martin Luther King Blvd., turns right on Bollard St., ending at Baldwin Community Center on Bollard St. 1 p.m. Click for forecast details

Berwick Mardi Gras - Krewe of Dionysius - The procession will line up on Gilmore Drive and turn on John Street, Robicheaux Street, Mount Street, Gilmore Drive, right on La. 182, Tournament Boulevard, Fairview Drive then to Pattie Drive, where it will disband at Berwick Junior High School. Mardi Gras Children’s Day and Parade - Takes place at 10 a.m. prior to the Children’s Day Parade at the Lake Charles Event Center in the Exhibition Hall.  Parade begins at 1 p.m. on Ryan Street. Click for forecast details

Mardi Gras Madness 5k - Race time starts around 12:30 p.m. (actual race start is contingent on the Children’s Parade. The start of the race is at the Police Jury Parking lot (the corner of Lakeshore Drive and Gill Street). Click for forecast details

Iowa Chicken Run and Parade - Tuesday, Feb. 13, at the Knights of Columbus Hall, 503 E U.S. 90. Doors open at 8 a.m., the Mardi Gras floats start lining up at 9 a.m. and the parade rolls at 10 a.m. Click for forecast details

Acadia Parish - Tee Mamou Courir de Mardi Gras - Iota - This is a traditional courir de Mardi Gras that includes mischievous revelers known as "Mardi Gras" who wreak havoc around the countryside and beg homeowners for gumbo ingredients. Click for forecast details

Evangeline Parish - Mamou Courir De Mardi Gras - This event starts around 7 a.m. at the American Legion Hall on La. 104, and travels down the highway. Click for forecast details
