Active spring pattern across the center of our nation with several episodes of severe weather and heavy rainfall expected into next week. The potential for very large hail, long track tornadoes, severe wind gusts, frequent cloud to ground lightning strikes and flash flooding are in the outlook. Weather Spotter Training Opportunity in Seward

 

Join us on Monday January 9th at 5:30PM for a weather spotter training in Seward! This is an in-person training only; no virtual component. No registration necessary; please join us at the Seward Memorial Library in the Community Room at 5:30PM.

This will be a one-hour training session for anyone interested in volunteering to become a Weather Spotter, and to learn how to report weather observations during impactful events. This free class is open to all!
