Back-to-Back Pacific Storms to Impact the West Coast; Heavy Snow in the Central Appalachians

Back-to-back powerful Pacific storm systems to impact the Pacific Northwest and northern California through the end of this week with heavy rain, flooding, strong winds, and higher elevation mountain snow. Hurricane Force Low in the Bering will bring High Winds and Coastal Storm Surge

We are closely monitoring a strong storm in the Bering Sea. It will be tracking from the southwest to the northeast and eventually moving over the Bering Strait.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

A High Wind Warning remains in effect for the Pribilof Islands through 1AM Saturday morning.

 

A Coastal Flood Warning and a High Wind Warning have been issued for the Kuskokwim Delta Coast.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

There is also a Flood Advisory for the Kuskokwim Delta, and a Flood Warning specifically for Napakiak.
