Column 2 - Maximum Temperature for the day (Midnight to Midnight CST)
Column 3 - Minimum Temperature for the day (Midnight to Midnight CST)
Column 4 - Average Temperature (MAX+MIN/2)
Column 5 - Daily Departure from Normal Temperature  
Column 6A - Heating Degree Days (COLUMN 4 - 65 degrees) (zero if col 4 > 64)
