November 2017 was a month with above normal temperatures and well below normal precipitation, with three of our four ASOS sites having top 10 driest Novembers on record. Vichy set a record for the driest November on Record. The significant lack of precipitation for the fall months this year has pushed much of our area in a moderate (d1) to Severe (d2) drought.
