Monthly Climate OverviewNovember 2013 was a cooler and drier than normal month across the Missouri Ozarks and extreme southeast Kansas. The most precipitation came over the eastern Ozarks which brought them closer to normal for the month. Despite the lower than normal precipitation for the month, the area still remains well above normal for the year.
