 .DISCUSSION...
After another brief, one day break today, active weather
returns tonight, as the next cold front approaches. This front
brings rain and snow showers in the somewhat milder air ahead of it
area wide tonight into Saturday. At least light snowfall
accumulations will be possible in some locations even outside of the
mountains. In the higher mountainous terrain, Winter Weather
Advisories have been issued for late tonight through Saturday, for
the potential of up to several inches snow accumulation.

Much colder air arrives behind the front Saturday night, and behind
arctic fronts Sunday and Monday. This sets the stage for very cold
weather for the early portion of next week.
