 .DISCUSSION...
Winter weather returns today with snow and ice accumulations
expected for some, while mostly rain will soak others. Weather
headlines are in effect today and Tuesday where impacts from ice and
snow are expected. The northeastern mountains and Greenbrier Valley
will see a decent amount of ice accumulations and related impacts
 with this system.

Rounds of rain then expected for the span of the week. A warming
trend will also commence Tuesday and into the weekend. Will have to
monitor for hydro issues later this week given repeated rainfall and
 snow melt across the mountains.
