 freezing rain Saturday into Monday. Major and widespread impacts to 
 travel and infrastructure are expected due to snow and ice. 
 Widespread power outages are likely.
 
 Frigid temperatures and bitter wind chills to follow behind this 
 storm too and this trend may hold through the rest of January.
