.DISCUSSION...
A cold front slowly journeys into the area today, creating shower
and thunderstorm chances ahead of its arrival this morning through
tonight. Some storms may be strong to severe, with the primary
hazard being damaging winds, although a few instances of large hail
and even localized flash flooding remain possible.
Drier weather, with more seasonable temperatures, arrives on Sunday,
and continues through the remainder of the Labor Day Holiday weekend.
