 .DISCUSSION...
 Hot and humid weather continues today. Scattered thunderstorms will
 develop this afternoon, especially across east of the Ohio River and
 then mainly confined along the mountains by late afternoon. Some of
 these storms could pack damaging wind gusts and heavy rain that may
 cause localized flooding. Cooler and drier weather will finally
 arrive on Saturday, giving us a break before more rain chances
 return on Sunday.
