 .DISCUSSION...
 Dry conditions persist through today, with minimum relative humidity 
 values generally expected to bottom out in the 20 percent range this 
 afternoon and evening. Winds should remain fairly light today, 
 though gusts into the teens to mid 20 mph range could be possible at 
 times in southeast Ohio this afternoon.
 
 While some low end rain chances exist late this week, a widespread 
 wetting rain is not expected until at least the middle of next week.
