 .DISCUSSION...
 Temperatures will drop into the single digits again overnight, with 
 some location even going below zero. Wind chills in the higher 
 elevations of the West Virginia mountains will dip below -10 
 degrees. 
 
 A bit of a break from the arctic temperatures will start this 
 afternoon, but is not likely to be long-lived. In fact, a low 
 pressure system will bring accumulating snow to portions of the area 
 Tuesday and Tuesday night.
 
 Another arctic outbreak is due to arrive Friday night.
