 High pressure will bring mainly clear skies, pleasant daytime 
 temperatures, and dry weather through Wednesday. Cool nights will 
 lead to fog forming in the river valleys late tonight and Tuesday 
 night. Thunderstorms return to the area Thursday afternoon as a cold 
 front moves in from the west. Drier weather returns over the weekend
