 Winds will be the strongest across southeast Ohio, northern West 
 Virginia, and the higher ridges. Wind advisories will be in effect 
 Friday for these areas.
 
 Another potent system affects the area late this weekend into early 
 next week, with additional precipitation and a reinforcing shot of
