 .DISCUSSION...
Slick roads and black ice formation this morning due to snow melt
and subfreezing temperatures. Drier weather expected today.

A cold front crosses Wednesday bringing chances for rain across much
of the area, however accumulating snow is expected across the higher
elevations of the northeastern West Virginia mountains. Winds will
be gusty on Wednesday, which will create areas of blowing snow. Rain
changes over to area wide Wednesday night into Thursday.

A series of clipper systems will then move through Thursday into the
weekend bringing more chances for wintry weather as well as a deep
 freeze for the weekend.
