 A dry air mass will promote low relative humidities across much of 
 the area dipping into the low to mid 30 percent range. 
 
 Westerly wind and gusty conditions will continue across the area 
 into Monday, however, they should decrease in intensity across the 
 lowlands, but stay relatively strong in the higher elevations.   
 
 Chances for precipitation return to the area by Tuesday which should 
 be a decent wetting rain.
