 .DISCUSSION...
A steady warming trend will continue into midweek. There is a chance
for isolated showers and perhaps a rumble of thunder on Tuesday,
followed by more widespread showers and storms expected on Wednesday
as a strong area of low pressure moves through the southern Great
Lakes. Strong to severe storms are possible late Wednesday as the
cold front associated with that system crosses through the area,
with the primary hazard being strong winds.

By Thursday, much cooler conditions, as well as the possibility for
snow or a rain snow mix, will take hold across portions of the area,
the snow being primarily across the mountains.
