 .DISCUSSION...
Snow showers may deliver a dusting to up to an inch across the
lowlands overnight, with gusty winds and falling temperatures.

Snow will be heavy at times in the mountains into Saturday morning.
Additional accumulations of 1 to 3 inches there could bring storm
totals to as much as 4 to 8 inches along the higher terrain. This
disturbance is also anticipated to stir up strong wind gusts along
the mountains for the start of the weekend, in addition to
dangerously low temperatures and wind chills settling overhead for
 Saturday into Sunday.

A significant warm-up is forecast for early next week, with rain and
potential for localized flooding on the horizon for the middle of
 next week.
