 Rain will move into southern West Virginia and Kentucky tonight and 
 continue through Thursday morning. No flooding is expected. Looking 
 ahead, we will see a nice warmup with some sunshine on Friday and 
 Saturday before another winter storm brings a chance for more rain, 
 snow, and possibly ice on Sunday night and Monday.
