 .DISCUSSION...
 Snow will continue into Monday, with accumulating snow expected to 
 lead to hazardous travel conditions. Breezy conditions are 
 also expected to develop for tonight and Monday, with strongest 
 gusts occurring in the high elevations of the northeast mountains.
 
 Upslope snow lingers into Monday evening in the mountains. Cold 
 temperatures and lingering wind will produce very cold wind chills 
 in the higher elevations of the northeast West Virginia mountains 
 late Monday night into Tuesday.
 
 Additional precipitation chances arrive with a couple mid to late 
 week systems.
