 .DISCUSSION...
 A strong cold front will cross the region early this morning. This 
 front will bring a line of heavy showers and very gusty winds, and a 
 Wind Advisory is in effect for the entire area. Thunderstorms within 
 this line could produce damaging wind gusts, especially in northeast 
 Kentucky, southern West Virginia, and southwest Virginia.
 
 Behind the front, temperatures will drop sharply today, changing the 
 rain to snow as a wave moves up along the front. While daytime snow 
 accumulation will be limited by the warm ground, slick spots could 
 develop on roads tonight as temperatures fall into the 20s. A hard 
 freeze is expected Monday night and Tuesday night, which will be 
 dangerous to any plants that have already started growing.
