 .DISCUSSION...
High pressure brings one last day in our current stretch of benign
early fall weather today. Most locations will remain dry, although a
shower could popup over the northern mountains this afternoon.

A weak upper level disturbance could trigger afternoon pop-up
showers and thunderstorms on Wednesday, but a much better chance
comes on Thursday into Thursday night, with approach and passage of
 a cold front.

Weak high pressure should bring a dry interlude Friday, before
a reinforcing cold font brings another chance for showers on
Saturday. A large high pressure system building in behind that front
will bring another stretch of dry, cool weather to end next weekend,
and begin the next work week.
