 .DISCUSSION...
Cold air is locked in over our region, with snow showers and gusty
northwest winds continuing this morning, especially across the
mountains. Most lower elevations will see light snow with brief
heavier bursts that can quickly reduce visibility and create slick
spots on bridges and untreated roads. Mountain areas, including the
highest ridges, will pick up more snow and have the toughest travel.

Snow showers fade away later this morning, and then the weather
turns dry and slowly warmer for the rest of the week, with highs
back into the 50s by Wednesday.
