 .DISCUSSION...
 Mountain snow showers end early this morning, after light overnight 
 accumulations over the higher terrain. Temperatures early this 
 morning bottom out in the 20s in the mountains, and much of the 
 middle Ohio Valley, and closer to freezing elsewhere. Winds continue 
 to diminish this morning as high pressure builds toward the area. 
 The high will pay a brief visit with dry weather today.
 
 Low afternoon relative humidity values in the 20 to 30 percent range 
 can be expected this afternoon with wind gusts of 15 to 20 mph, 
 mainly in the mountains. 
 
 An active weather pattern will bring quick moving systems on 
 Saturday, and again late Sunday into Monday, while daytime 
 temperatures remain near normal.
