Flooding Potential Across Guam; Above Average Temperatures Across the Central and Eastern U.S.

Areas of low pressure and monsoonal moisture may produce heavy to excessive rainfall with the possibility of flooding in Guam and the Northern Marianas. Breezy and dry conditions may produce locally critical fire weather conditions in Connecticut.
