2025 NWS Milwaukee Storm Spotter Training Presentations

Training sessions will be about 2 hours long each. We will cover safety aspects for spotters/general public along with the essentials of what you need to know to report severe weather to the NWS.  Each session will cover the same information, so you only need to attend one.  For those that can not attend any of the live training sessions, we will also record the training and share that in mid May.   Pre-registration is only necessary for the Jefferson County talk on April 30th.  See event for contact details.

Directions For Attending:

Click on the details of the event on the Google Calendar listed below for details on the location.  Pre-registration is not necessary to attend these sessions, just show up!  Some additional online training sessions may be offered later in the season.

Click on class to see details (map, registration details).

If you are unable to attend any of the scheduled webinars, you can view a 6 part recorded series, which will be similar to what is presented in the webinars.
