Catastrophic Super Typhoon Bavi's eyewall has reached Rota and is expected to bring dangerous winds, heavy rainfall and storm surge to Guam, Rota, Tinian and Saipan. Personnel from the National Weather Service Milwaukee office will be surveying damage on Thursday that occurred from strong thunderstorms that moved through Hollandale to Blanchardville on October 1st. There have been numerous reports of trees down in the area.
