Autumn 2019 saw above normal temperatures and precipitation. The Jackson Weather Office was 2.2 degrees warmer
than normal as Fall 2019 was the 7th warmest Autumn ever. London ended Fall as the 10th warmest, 1.4 degrees above
normal. Both Jackson and London saw Fall 2019 wetter than normal with Jackson 1.20 inches wetter and London
3.07 inches above normal. Also of note, London's precipitation total made Autumn 2019 the 12th wettest.
November 2019 was wet and cool across eastern Kentucky. Jackson totaled 5.80 inches which makes November 2019
the 5th wettest October at Jackson. London picked up 5.37 inches which made November 2019 the 11th wettest
November ever. Cool conditions were also on tap with both locations seeing temperatures below normal. Jackson had
an average of 42.9 degrees which is the 5th coolest November. London finished with an average of 42.3 degrees
which ties for the 8th coolest November. Also of note, Jackson had a low temperature of 13 degrees on November 12th
which tied the 13 degrees from November 14th, 1986 for the coldest November temperature ever. Climate data for
