A Pacific storm is bringing areas of low elevation rain, moderate to heavy mountain snow, and high winds to the Northwest. Strong Santa Ana winds and very dry conditions are producing elevated to critical fire weather conditions in southern California. July 2019 ended up much wetter at Jackson. Jackson finished July 2019 as the 5th wettest July
with 6.97 inches. The London monthly total is missing due to a precipitation sensor error on the
22nd. Jackson and London averaged nearly the same last month with 76.5 degrees at Jackson
and 76.6 degrees at London. These averages were about a degree warmer at Jackson and less
