Snowfall amounts continue to trend downwards with the upcoming snow potential for tonight into Saturday. However, light snow accumulations of 1 to 2 inches are still possible for most locations, with locally higher amounts up to 3 inches. Given the warm ground, roads should remain mostly wet through the event, although if the snow can come down hard enough, a brief period of slush will be possible. The wet nature of the snow could lead to a few isolated power outages. Any snow will come to an end by Saturday afternoon.
