A Pacific storm is bringing areas of low elevation rain, moderate to heavy mountain snow, and high winds to the Northwest. Strong Santa Ana winds and very dry conditions are producing elevated to critical fire weather conditions in southern California. three inches of precipitation with both locations around an inch below normal. Jackson averaged 69.7
degrees last month which was more than a half a degree warmer than normal. London finished September
with a temperature of 68.6 degrees which was a couple tenths of a degree cooler than normal. Climate
