Heavy rain and gusty winds from Tropical Storm Moke will impact the Big Island into Monday, risking life-threatening flooding and mudslides in windward and southeast areas. Severe thunderstorms are expected across the northern Rockies/Plains and northern Great Basin. A Freeze Warning is in effect for eastern Kentucky tonight into Monday morning. Low temperatures Monday morning are expected to drop into the mid 20s for many of our typically colder valley locations and in the lower 30s for most other locations. Freezing temperatures could damage or kill sensitive vegetation that is left unprotected.
