Tropical Depression in the Gulf; Severe Thunderstorms Monday

Tropical Depression Two is expected to gradually strengthen and could bring tropical storm conditions to the Florida Panhandle beginning late Monday. Areas of flash flooding will be possible through Thursday along the eastern and central Gulf Coast. At 821 PM EDT, Doppler radar was tracking a strong thunderstorm over
Stony Fork Junction, or 10 miles northeast of Pineville, moving
southeast at 40 mph.

HAZARD...Wind gusts up to 40 mph.

SOURCE...Radar indicated.

IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around
unsecured objects.

Harlan, Loyall, Evarts, Wallins Creek, Sandy Fork, Bobs Creek,
Bledsoe, Mary Alice, Chevrolet, Coldiron, Beverly, Black Snake,
Saylor, Elcomb, Blanche, Rella, White Star, Blackmont, Black
Mountain, and Rosspoint.
